Where do you ship?

International shipping is available to most countries. Any customs fees or import taxes will be in your responsibility.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 3-9 business days after it’s been shipped for you to receive your order. Fees will be added at checkout.

I placed my order a few days ago. Why hasn’t it been shipped yet?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days! Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during big sales might take us a little bit longer so thank you for being patient while we work through everything in the order they come in.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time.

HOWEVER, we’re humans, not robots. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out through our Contact Us form. In order for us to best support you, you should get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged. We read every message and will always do our best to help.
