Who the heck is sero xoxo?
We’re a team of four friends that found joy and healing through the rave community. We wanted to build something we could be proud of, that sparked creativity, brought light into our lives, and where we could give back to the community that quite literally saved some of us. Plus, we really wanted to say that the 9-5 corporate life can f*** right off. You can find out more about JK, Sang, Sunset, and Fuegz on the About Us page.
Do you have a physical storefront?
No, sero xoxo is fully online. This lets us focus on fast shipping, fresh designs, competitive pricing, and limited-time festival pieces without the overhead of a retail space.
ORDERS
Do I need to register an account before placing an order?
No, you are able to checkout as guest. If you do create an account, you will be able to track all your orders and will get the latest info from us about new drops and promos.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once processed. However, if you contact us quickly via the Contact Us form, we may be able to adjust your order before it ships.
Noooo, something is out of stock! Now what?

Do I really need a pashmina?
Yes.
If you’ve never taken a pashmina to a rave, you’re missing out. JK used to be the only one with a pashmina and the rest of us didn’t realize what we were missing. It’s something to hold onto when you’re dancing (perfect for those of us that get a little uncomfortable in the crowd), it’s a soft hug, and it’s an effective reprieve when you’re a little overstimulated (which is also why we opted for black on the inside so you can go in there, close your eyes, and really take a breather without lights flashing behind your eyelids). Some people even wear pashminas as clothing or exchange them like kandi. Pashminas are versatile so experiment with it.
Okay, but why do I need your pashmina?
By supporting our brand, you’re supporting our creativity but let’s go more into what our pashminas can do for YOU.
Each pashmina was designed with intention and tested until we got the best popping colours. Plus, it’s a sero xoxo original, not something mass produced. Sang and Sunset also wrote short tales for each one to add to the fun.
The fabric we print on is black so that we have our over-stimulated ravers covered. Sometimes you need a moment to yourself or you need a nap. Our pashminas feel like protection when you’re overwhelmed. If that doesn’t resonate with you, have you ever danced with your head covered? Try it! It’s your own little world.
We’ve experienced these pashminas in all kinds of weather so whether you’re at a day time fest, pulling an all-nighter, or watching a sunrise set, you’ll be comfortable. It won’t make you sweat like crazy (unless you’re naturally sweaty…sorry we can’t help you there) and it’s warm enough for crazy windy or winter days.
Pockets. Sometimes you’re not at an all night rager that requires a packing list, or your fit is too good for a bag, or maybe you’re camping and don’t want to go back and forth from the camp grounds. Whatever the case, the pocket is large enough for your ID, shuttle pass, credit card, earplugs, keys, lip balm, kandi, and anything else essential to you. Plus, it’s discreet so the pocket sits at your chest and you get to give pick pocketers a hard time.
How should I care for my pashmina?
To help maintain its vibrancy and quality:
- Cold gentle wash only
- Hang dry only
If you have a mesh laundry bag, your pashmina will be more protected in the washing machine but if you don’t have one, all good. Just make sure you’re not washing it in a full load or with clothing that has zippers/anything sharp that can snag on the fabric.

How do I track my order?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
Where do you ship?
International shipping is available to most countries. Any customs fees or import taxes will be in your responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It typically takes 3-9 business days after it’s been shipped for you to receive your order. Fees will be added at checkout.
I placed my order a few days ago. Why hasn’t it been shipped yet?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days! Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during big sales might take us a little bit longer so thank you for being patient while we work through everything in the order they come in.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time.
HOWEVER, we’re humans, not robots. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out through our Contact Us form. In order for us to best support you, you should get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged. We read every message and will always do our best to help.
